Pricing is subject to change without notice. The prices that apply are those in place at the time of shipment. Terms of payment are net 30 days unless otherwise noted. Image Specialists Inc. reserves the right to cease shipments of ordered product to those customers who have outstanding past due invoices.

All shipping terms are FOB our shipping point unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to partially ship items on a given sales order pending product availability. Each shipment will be followed by a corresponding invoice, which covers the quantities shipped and has the required date of payment against that invoice. Orders are shipped via Image Specialists Inc. recommended carriers. Any necessary freight and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Upon receipt of goods the buyer should inspect all aspects of the shipment for accuracy, defects or damage, applicable expiry dates and inform the seller in writing of any issues. This notification must take place within 5 days of receipt of goods.

We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order, but on rare occasions, a package or drum can be damaged or lost in transit. For your own protection, you should carefully inspect any shipment before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, you must note it on the delivery receipt. If a truck shipment is damaged, please obtain an inspection report from the carrier immediately, then call Image Specialists with the information.

Please call our Customer Service Department for return authorization. Merchandise returned without prior authorization from our Customer Service Department will not be accepted. A restocking charge of 15 % may be issued for all goods returned that are not defective. Custom inks are sold on a non-returnable basis.

Image Specialists, Inc. warrants that the goods sold hereunder meet Image Specialists, Inc.'s specifications and are adequately contained, packaged, and labeled and conform to the promises and affirmations of fact made on the container and label. It is agreed that in the event of breach of any warranty, the liability of Image Specialists, Inc. shall be limited to replacing the non-conforming goods upon return to Image Specialists, Inc. of the unused portion of the non-conforming goods. Image Specialists, Inc. shall not be liable for any other damages, either direct or consequential, under any theory of law including, without limitation, contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or misrepresentation. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED) INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY IN OTHER RESPECTS THAN EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR APPLICATION. Image Specialists, Inc. shall not be liable for prospective profits or special, indirect, or consequential damages, nor shall any recovery of any kind against Image Specialists, Inc. be greater in amount than the purchase price of the specific material sold and causing the alleged loss, damage, or injury. Buyer assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property of buyer or others arising out of use or possession of any material sold hereunder. In the event that the limited remedies provided by Image Specialists, Inc. fail of their essential purpose, the parties agree that, notwithstanding that failure, the exclusion of consequential damages shall remain in full force and effect as though the remedies had not failed of their essential purpose." In addition, we are not liable for the product after the product expiration date or for a product that has been misused or has become unusable due to improper storage or handling.
