A heated ultrasonic cleaner is the only equipment that can reliably release dry ink from the print head and open up clogged nozzles. Unheated units will not properly do the job, and you run the risk of customer dissatisfaction. Some refill systems will flush the print heads, but will not adequately clear the nozzles. With a heated ultrasonic you can clean and unblock nozzles even after the cartridge has been refilled.

Absolutely not. Our heated ultrasonic units are made specifically for use with inkjet cartridges. They operate with a low frequency that guard against damage to the print head.
